This new roof coating system developed in Holland is a proven two coat system for flat roofs.
Hypertectum contains special inorganic fillers, which result in excellent mechanical, chemical, thermal and natural element resistance. It may be applied by brush, roller or airless spray with a minimum total consumption of 1.2-1.7 kg/mtr². The product contains a small amount of Xylene. Xylene or industrial thinners are required for thinning or cleaning purposes.
Hypertectum product features.
- Resistant to very cold temperatures, remains elastic down to -40C
- Very high tensile and tear strength, high abrasion resistance
- Good chemical resistance
- Water vapour permeable, fully breathable system
- Very good thermal properties, will not crack with any structural movement of building
- An accelerator is available for speeding up the drying process
